Standard lease term is 12 months. Short-term leases are no longer offered; month-to-month is $150/mo.

Pet rent: cats $25/mo, dogs $35–65/mo by weight; $27/mo carport rental if applicable; annual (not monthly) $100 water fee.

Prorated rent is due at move-in. Your first full month's rent will be due on the 1st of the following month.

Utilities: water, heat, hot water, Spectrum cable/internet, and trash included in rent; resident pays electric (plus gas in the Cedarwood building; annual $100 water fee applies). Amenities: playground, covered parking available, on-site laundry (fitness center coming soon). Carport available to rent.

A maximum of two pets is permitted; dogs must be under 25 lbs at this property. Restricted breeds prohibited (list available on request); ESA/service animals are exempt from breed restrictions and pet fees with documentation.
